Depending on how long you’ve been selling property, you may be used to looking at spreadsheets, or you may prefer the more digital version – similar to that on realestate.com.au. Regardless of how you like to view it, the Partner Portal caters for both. Either download the entire stocklist and use your in depth knowledge of the markets you sell in to decipher what’s good value. Or, you can use the visual imagery along with interactive locational maps to help fuel your research and provide better insights to your clients.
With over 300 packages currently available across Queensland and Victoria, there is no shortage of options making your ability to find a house and land package that suits the specific requirements of your client, that much easier. Alternatively, if you can’t find the package you’re after, you can request a package by filling out the ‘request a package’ form inside the portal. Our drafting team will start work on your request immediately and aim to have it completed no longer than 48 business hours from the time of the submission.
Submit a Sales Advice
Have a committed client? Submit the Sales Advice through the portal using the Sales Advice form. It’s a quick and easy way to ensure your deal flow gets actioned in the shortest amount of time possible.
Simply fill out the form with the details of the buyer along with the relevant details on the package and we’ll start preparing the contacts, ready for signing.
