Interstate Builds With The Gallery Group

"I live in Sydney but bought and built-in Queensland during Covid-19 times, so I have not seen my land nor the finished house. However, the Gallery Homes Portal kept me up to date with every stage of the land registration and construction of the house. I received clear and concise information plus photos of every progress stage of the build. Staff were always eager to assist if I had any questions and would go out of their way if I requested extra information or photos as I am interstate. I highly recommend The Gallery Group - Professional, friendly, and made the entire process EASY." - Belinda Rebel Gallery Group is a diversified Australian property company with a designer edge. Mortgage holders to wait until 2025 until rate cuts, but RBA hold again in August

Australian mortgage holders may need to wait until 2025 for relief from the Reserve Bank. Despite slightly more positive inflation data in Q2 2024 compared to Q1, RBA Governor Michele Bullock has effectively ruled out a rate cut this year.

RBA Update – Interest Rate Holds

The Reserve Bank of Australia has continued to maintain its wait and see mantra, holding the official cash rate at 4.35 per cent for the fifth straight meeting.

RBA still thinks policy is right, hold rates at May meeting

How things can change in a month or two. At the last RBA meeting in March, there was so much optimism on inflation, you’d be hard pressed to find an expert or economist that was forecasting anything but an interest rate toward the end of this year. The data was so strong in fact that there were calls for the RBA to cut the interest rate as early as June.
