Fill out the Standard Application Form (SAF), provide Bare Trust Account details, and submit a Statement of Account as part of the application process.

Contract Signing

Your Self-Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) formally commits to the property purchase by signing the purchase contract.

Deposit

Your SMSF is required to submit a 30% deposit, which is held in the Gallery Group Solicitor Trust Account.

Land Settlement

The 30% deposit is released to the Gallery Group for settlement of the land.

Construction Commences

Construction on the property begins within 28 days of the land settlement.

Track Progress

Stay informed about the construction progress by using the user-friendly Gallery construction portal, allowing your SMSF to monitor the project's development.

Completion and Settlement

When the project reaches completion, your SMSF has a 14-day window to finalise the remaining settlement amount.
