Development Funding
Through our network of capital providers, we can assist with the preparation of a project feasibility and other critical documentation that financial institutions will require to consider your project for funding purposes.
Development Management
We are able to identify and co-ordinate key stakeholder engagement from local authorities, statutory bodies and local interest groups to help the Interpretation of planning controls and identification of site-specific constraints. This allows us to expose the technical data for the job specific consultants across health, safety, environmental and quality parameters throughout the civil and construction process prior to and post the Development Application submission.


Construction Management
Our formalised construction processes integrate between consultants and groups allowing Gallery Projects to maximise clarity of communication and instill accountability on all stakeholders. Our quality assurance procedures align with our budget management procedures and enable us to clearly define and execute around the works to be completed, time-frames and the provisions for which the works are to be completed.
Built From Delivery
With current Builder Licenses in Victoria (License Number DB-L42633) and Queensland (Licence Number 1207880) Gallery Projects can manage all built form components. Gallery Projects takes a built-to-suit management approach where we help you identify the key objectives and distribute the required construction specification documentation for all building systems and processes.


Sales & Marketing
With more than 60% of all built-form sales coming from interstate sales channels, an integrated approach and presence in multiple markets is critical.
Gallery Groups marketing and sales team have extensive experience positioning and selling to both a retail and investment purchaser. This experience ensures that your project will be presented in the appropriate form to the appropriate market.
Customer Experience
Gallery Projects offer an out-of-the-box solution when providing clarity to developers and their clients. Our online portal displays using task based timelines with supporting imagery so that if a client wants to check on progress, they simply log in to the Construction Portal – which can be branded to the developer, delivering a consistent customer experience.


Asset Management
Within our Real Estate business we have a dedicated Asset Management division. We give potential purchasers of your development sites confidence that the asset they acquire will be cared for and tenanted. We offer a unique 2, 5 and 10 year leaseback option (RentGuardTM) which has a significant impact on the sale-ability of your development and differentiates you from competitors.
